The humanity of migration (a Living Room Conversation)

Hosted by humankind San Diego

3295 Meade Avenue
San Diego, CA 92116
On December 18th, International Migrants Day, humankind is hosting a Living Room Conversation on migration. We will discuss universal human rights and mass displacement in an era of global interdependence and insecurity. Our aim is to move the conversation away from the legal and political aspects of seeking asylum, and to, just for a moment, step back and re-center our focus on understanding under what conditions people become displaced and the very human experience of it. Please join us for this conversation, free of charge.
The event is in the buildings attached to the church that makes the corner of Meade Avenue and 33rd street. You can park in the street or in the parking lot on the South side of the buildings (towards El Cajon Blvd). Once in the parking lot, walk along the building until you see a blue and white sign for Collective Impact Center on the wall. Take the stairs down to the main CIC room, we use one of the rooms in the corridor to your right.
