Along the entire San Diego/Tijuana border there is a new wall being constructed. We will do a short tour of this border wall construction choosing certain areas to get out of the car with signs and show our support for friendship and peace right next to the border with signs. We will meet in Tijuana, Baja California, MX at the airport. We'll start at the airport where we'll make signs (feel free to bring a sign already made or blank to make there and we'll have material as well - you can also download and print signs here https://migrantjustice.afsc.org/graphics) for an hour and then we'll drive along the border for the main action (transportation provided). Itinerary: 9:30am meet at Airport to make signs, gather, and talk/plan 10:30a -2p Tour with action stops 2:30 - 3:30p tour of bi-national friendship garden of native plants 3:30 Eat at local restaurants What you'll need: - passport - about $25US for food and transportation
Directions: 
Recommend parking at the border US side and walking across and getting a taxi to the airport in Tijuana. There is a small restaurant called Acá Las Tortas right as you walk in through the main entrance to the airport.
